Caroline Ellis is an experienced Operations Manager at Palladium's London office with a strong background in project implementation and management, particularly in international development.

With over 10 years of experience, Caroline has successfully managed high-value projects such as the State Accountability and Voice Initiative (SAVI - £34 million), Mobilising for Development (M4D - £18 million), and the Rwanda Multi Donor Civil Society Support Programme (RMDCSSP - £10 million) in Nigeria, all funded by DFID.

Caroline's expertise lies in managing programme operations, country logistics, coordination, and ensuring the effective and efficient implementation of operational, financial, and compliance activities to meet project objectives and contractual obligations.

Prior to her current role at Palladium, Caroline worked in the Middle East managing events and projects in the energy industry and started her career as a Project Assistant aiding the UK government in meeting targets outlined in the Kyoto Protocol for reducing carbon emissions.

Caroline Ellis holds a BA in Communications from Cardiff University.

Her previous roles include Project Manager, International Development Recruiter, and Project Coordinator at Palladium; Marine Training Coordinator for the Middle East and Africa at Lloyd's Register; Conference Producer at Oil and Gas IQ in the Middle East; and Programme Assistant at Sustain Limited.
