Ryan Croy is a seasoned product manager with over seven years of experience in the technology and logistics industries. He has a proven track record of spearheading product strategy, building and deploying new solutions, and measuring business outcomes. Ryan is currently the Technology Applications Manager at UPS, where he is responsible for developing strategy, building and deploying programs for the UPS My Choice for Business software product.

Ryan's list of achievements includes successfully launching inbound package tracking features in 31 new markets, improving the user experience of UPS My Choice for Business, leading user acquisition and engagement efforts, and spearheading the migration of 7K shippers from legacy software.

Ryan is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, where he studied Business Analytics and Business Administration & English, respectively.

Outside of work, Ryan is a loyal Tennessee sports fan and a National Parks enthusiast, having visited 15 parks with Olympic as his favorite.
