Laura Waltz is a seasoned hotel management professional with an extensive background in hospitality management and commercial real estate. In her fifteen years of experience, she has dedicated herself to creating exceptional experiences for her clients, prioritizing service in all of her endeavors. Waltz brings a wealth of operational experience and expertise to her clients with her thorough understanding of hotel markets, market segments, and demand drivers. After studying literature at the University of California, Santa Cruz, Waltz began her career as a Front Desk Clerk at The Coast Santa Cruz Hotel, where she eventually served as a Front Office Manager, Sales Assistant, and Management Consultant. She then pivoted to become an Assistant Canvass Director for Grassroots Campaigns before serving as the Community Outreach Manager for Chinook Book at Celilo Group Media.

In 2010, Waltz joined Beach Street Inn and Suites as a Manager, later transitioning to General Manager. She left in 2014 to take on the role of Realtor at Intero Real Estate Services. Since 2016, she has served as Co-Owner/Operator of Central Coast Hospitality, LLC.
