Ofer Shayo is a seasoned tech entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in Cloud, Enterprise SaaS, and Mobile products. He is known for his exceptional leadership qualities, superior user experience knowledge, and innovation-driven culture.

Mr. Shayo co-founded Tvinci, a Cloud-TV platform that serves millions of Pay-Tv subscribers worldwide. He also secured funding of $6M from leading tech investors in Europe. Forbes recognized him as one of Israel's promising young entrepreneurs.

Ofer Shayo has an LLB degree (Law school) and a BA (School of Government), Law from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya). He is well-versed with the EMEA tech industry and the start-up ecosystem.

He worked with Kaltura as the SVP Operations and Commercial, Media & Telecom, and as VP Sales and General Manager EMEA. He co-founded a stealth mode startup and was a Co-CEO at Frido Communication. He also worked as a Venture Capital Business Development personnel at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and as a Crew member at Jibe Ventures.
