Jo Golub is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in representing clients in criminal defense, fraud defense, securities defense, employee mobility, and trade secret disputes. A graduate of Dartmouth College and New York University School of Law, Golub has worked as a law clerk for a federal judge at the trial level before joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters LLP, where she is currently a partner. Golub's practice involves representing businesses and individuals in complex business litigation across a wide range of industries and subject matters, including internet technologies, solar power, electric cars, real estate, venture capital & investments, food distribution and packaging, Medicaid, CalOSHA, and others. She is an expert in trade secret disputes and employee mobility issues and has represented clients on all sides of these cases. Golub is passionate about trials and has gone to trial multiple times in federal and state court, as well as arbitration hearings. She is a former producing associate at The Play Company and a literary intern at Manhattan Theatre Club.
