Jeff Sailers is a seasoned Networking and Unified Communications Engineer with extensive experience in providing direction and processes to engineering teams. He has a passion for dabbling in software and web development to implement automation tools that complement processes he puts in place, as well.

Jeff started his career as a Telecommunications Technician at RapidLink and eventually enlisted in the US Army as a Sergeant. From there, he moved on to Justconnect as a Senior Network Engineer before working his way up the ladder at CH2M HILL as an Enterprise Network Engineer, Level 3. He then became a senior network engineer at Critigen, where he ultimately took on the role of Director of Network and Systems Engineering.

Jeff then joined Synoptek, where he started as Director of Network and Systems Engineering and eventually held the position of Director of Service Deployment, and most recently, Director of Network Operations.

Through Jeff's varied roles, he has gained tremendous experience in building and managing high-performing network and systems engineering teams.
