Mike Frazer is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in Change Management, Production Support, and Project Delivery. He studied Operations Management and Supervision at Auckland University of Technology and earned a Grad. Cert., Master of Business and Technology, Marketing, E-Commerce, Accounting, Project Management, with Distinction at the University of New South Wales.

Mike's career started with Ford Motor Company, where he worked as an Analyst/Programmer before moving on to work at Quanta Systems in New Zealand. He then spent several years working at American Express in various roles, including Analyst/Programmer, Senior Analyst/Programmer, Lead Developer, and Analyst/Programmer (Temporary Assignment). He later joined First Data Corporation as an Operations Analyst and a Test Analyst before joining Fiserv, where he currently works as the Change Management Lead and Senior Application Developer.

Mike's experience in project delivery, change management, production support, and application development makes him a valuable asset to any team. On top of his technical skills, he has a strong foundation in marketing, e-commerce, and accounting.
