Fasieh Mehta is a seasoned management professional with over 17 years of experience across diverse sectors such as public, private, and development. Mehta is currently responsible for Quixel's operations in Pakistan, a startup recently acquired by Epic Games that focuses on photorealism mapping of the entire world. In the past, Mehta has managed Pakistan's largest technology incubation center, with a portfolio of 187 startups that raised over Rs.2.13 billion in investments and revenue. Mehta has worked closely with various public and private sector entities, including the Ministry of IT & Telecom and Jazz, Pakistan's largest telecom operator. Mehta's core expertise lies in managing large-scale programs and teams that bring high impact and practice principles of a learning organization.

Over the years, Mehta has played an active role in various regulators for startup ecosystem building, including the inclusion of recognising startups as a legal entity by the SECP. Similar to Mehta's cross-cutting exposure across B2B, B2C, G2C, G2B, and G2G settings, Mehta has worked with the Pakistan Government (Federal & Provincial) serving Chief Minister of Punjab and Prime Minister of Pakistan on various ICT4D initiatives. To further promote a thriving startup ecosystem, Mehta has been a consultant for the Prime Minister's office for establishing the Prime Minister's Delivery Unit and worked with Pakistan Telecommunication Authority on enabling CVAS regime offerings for the public sector.

Alongside Mehta's business development experience with strong networks in government, information technology industry, media, civil society, private, and development sectors, he has successfully helped businesses to grow and scale. Mehta is passionate about building thriving ecosystems by working as a trainer, consultant, and mentor with various reputable organizations such as UNDP, DFID, British Council, Founders Institute, DTEC Dubai, T3 Istanbul, Hackquarters Istanbul, and Take Off Istanbul.

Mehta has exposure to working across cultures, as he has worked in the UK, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan with cross-cultural teams. Mehta actively involves himself with UNDP in government innovation labs with various sessions held across Vietnam, China, Singapore, and Bhutan. Mehta holds an academic qualification in public policy & management, marketing, business administration, and supply chain.
