Rachel Kleban is a highly seasoned HR professional with more than 18 years of experience. She has worked with big corporations, such as Gap Inc. and Airbnb, where she served in various roles such as Human Resources Manager, Talent Design Lead, and Human Resources Business Partner. Rachel possesses a versatile set of skills, including performance management, employee engagement, project management, manager and leadership coaching, training and development, and diversity and belonging with a specific focus on mitigating bias in HR programs. Her passion for supporting and developing leaders through coaching and partnership and designing and implementing smart and innovative HR programs that improve people and systems makes her an excellent fit for any organization. Rachel graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA in Human Resources and Management. She currently serves as the Director of People Operations at VSCO.
