Pia Dahlén is an experienced marketing and communications professional with over 20 years of experience in both traditional and digital contexts. She has worked with major brands such as Postkodlotteriet, SAS, Burger King, If Försäkring, Telenor/Bredbandsbolaget, Villaägarna, and SEB, creating loyalty programs and customer relationship management strategies. Dahlén's special competence lies in sales, marketing, and communication with large B2C databases and subscription models. She spent 5 years as the marketing and sales leader for Svenska PostkodLotteriet/Novamedia, a large lottery and gaming company focused on subscription with a large B2C customer database.
