Having worked both on the agency side and within internal talent acquisition teams, she has gained a deep understanding of the nuances that come with searching for varying degrees of technical talent. Michelle is thoroughly knowledgeable in the swiftly changing tech market and ambitious to hire skilled candidates in a timely manner. She has experience recruiting for a wide range of roles, from Head of DevOps to Product Designer with a lean towards UX.

Michelle is empathetic when it comes to recruiting and strikes a balance between satisfying urgent hiring needs while ensuring her candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
