Callie Wylie is an experienced manager with a passion for the HOA industry and large-scale clubhouse settings. With her strong leadership skills, she has led a team of 80+ individuals and is skilled in nonprofit organizations, community relations management, and event management. Recently, she has found a love for nutrition and wellness after a long health journey. As the owner and coach of The Glowponent Podcast, she shares her experience and knowledge about being the best version of oneself through community, relationships, mental health, stress, sleep, and love and respect for oneself.

Currently, Callie is the District Manager at Club Pilates, where she continues to blend her love for fitness, health and wellness, with her expertise in management and team growth. Her background includes working as a Club Manager at FirstService Residential, a Florist and Events Coordinator at Red Carpet Events and Design, and a Special Events Coordinator at Volunteers In Medicine Clinic. She also worked as an Events Coordinator at Freedom Festival at City of Redding.
