With over 75 successful CEO searches and CXO level assignments under her belt, she has led the venture capital practice at firms such as Caldwell Partners, Heidrick & Struggles, Highland Partners, and iCOM. Additionally, she is an angel investor and limited partner for various ventures. Mercedes is based in San Francisco with offices in Austin and New York. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Communications and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Boston University.
