Michael Adams is a business lawyer with expertise in various aspects of business matters. He is the owner of Adams Business Law where he offers practical legal advice on issues such as asset and share purchase and sale transactions, corporate structuring and reorganization, commercial real estate purchases, sales and refinancings, among others. Adams has a degree in LLB Law from The University of Western Ontario, a B.Ed in Education from The University of Calgary, and an Hon. B.A in Political Science from The University of Western Ontario.
