•	Managed and brainstormed with creative agencies for all design and content.
•	Built out a comprehensive CRM (HubSpot) framework, which entailed moving from a sparse data repository to a full-fledged demand generation engine with ongoing campaigns, sales stages, and pipeline reporting. Mentored BDR on best practices as well.
•	Created customer-led industry group called TRU for peer-to-peer communication and strategizing.
•	Drove involvement in the first major company events at the Venture Atlanta and Manifest conferences for VC funding and logistics technology, respectively.

~ As a charter creator of GT Nexus’ original BD team, I served as an SCM Concierge for companies starting their digital journey. In deep partnership with account managers, I thoroughly nurtured and qualified top of the funnel, prospective customers by diving into challenges and creating custom POVs, as well as connecting them with the best resources.

~ The Infor Nexus multi-tenant cloud manages shippers’ physical and financial supply chains, providing production-to-delivery visibility and collaboration across the flow of goods and $$$. Customers include global operations at Medtronic, CAT, Lululemon, Target, and Nike. As the LinkedIn for supply chain, Nexus is a community for 40k trading partners including factories, logistics providers, shippers, and banks. The result: a single version of truth, improved working capital, and reliable assurance of supply.

I gave clients strong sales pipelines by thoroughly qualifying leads in the areas of supply chain solutions and ERP.

Main interface between clients, sales reps, and technical teams.  As a PM for client installations, smoothly transitioned accounts through the post-sales, implementation cycle.

Two of us ran Intel’s end-to-end silicon wafer procurement process with an annual spend of $500M.  Orchestrated this buying cycle as the primary point of contact for suppliers, factories, and materials groups.  Managed the monthly purchasing plan for executive management.  Led the review process for all silicon vendors including rankings, feedback, and allocation.
