Kevin Rhodes, CPA, is an accomplished Senior Executive and Chief Financial Officer known for his success in leading and growing technology companies across various sectors like SaaS software, payments, hardware, and services.

With a data-driven and growth-oriented approach, Kevin has a strong track record of creating long-term value for stakeholders. He brings extensive expertise in financial and operational leadership, particularly in high-growth public and privately-held companies, including those backed by Venture Capital & Private Equity.

His key skills and experiences include leading Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), managing Mergers and Acquisitions (both Buy and Sell side) with over 50 transactions to his credit, driving Corporate Development and Partnerships, analyzing SaaS/Software business models focusing on CAC, LTV, and ARPU metrics, strategic business planning, private equity and venture financing, debt financing, Sarbanes Oxley processes, overseeing HR/Legal/IT functions, instilling public company discipline and scalability, managing investor relations with Wall Street contacts, and expertise in payments solutions.

Kevin holds an MBA in Finance with Summa Cum Laude honors from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a double major in Accounting and Finance from Merrimack College.

Throughout his career, Kevin has held executive positions in notable organizations, serving as EVP & Chief Financial Officer at Extreme Networks, Duck Creek Technologies, Finvi, Markforged, Brightcove, PlumChoice, and Edgewater Consulting. He has also been part of Eliassen Group as Vice President Finance, handled strategy and corporate development at Waste Management, and started as Audit Staff at Simione Macca & Larrow.
