Janice TheCareerIntrovert is an experienced leadership coach, entrepreneur, and HR consultant with a passion for helping introverted professionals advance their careers without sacrificing their natural tendencies. With a background in HR, web design, and education, Janice brings a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge to her work.

Janice has studied PHR at HRCI, TEFL Certificate in Teaching English at ITTO, Certificate of Personnel Practice in HR, City and Guild Web Design, and Advanced Web Design, all at City of Bristol College. She is also the founder of Introvert Media Lab Consulting, which specializes in coaching introverted professionals to find their voices, master their skills and build their audiences through using digital media, podcasting, and social media.

Prior to founding her own business, Janice has worked as an Americas Strategic Sourcing Lead, Global HR Consultant, Recruiter, and Payroll Specialist at Hewlett-Packard. She has also worked as an EFL Teacher at ICI, HR/Office Manager at Kardex Express and Triangle casino MGM, and a croupier at various casino groups.

Janice has previously served as the Leadership Coach at The Career Introvert and as a part-time instructor at General Assemb.ly. She has also served as an Auction Coordinator and a Gala Committee Member at Bpeace (Business Council for Peace).
