I serve as a contract Global Change Managers responsible for developing and executing on a Change Strategy to support a phased, global transformation effort. The focus of the effort is to standardize processes and technology for all functions of an area of the business across the globe. In my role, I am responsible for creating the change narrative, defining the change scope and impact, stakeholder identification and management, creating/managing a global change agent network, gap analysis, resistance mitigation, risk mitigation, measuring change success and adoption, and change sustainment. I will also work closely with Communications and Training resources to ensure appropriate, effective communications and training are created and distributed to various stakeholders.

I am an experienced, trusted, and respected Change Management leader and Communication Strategist who works with senior leaders and teams to provide customized communication and change management solutions.
