Tasks:►Launching three new cities in the US ►Managing, supporting and training local teams of Tour Guides and Hosts►Overseeing and managing the portfolio of tours and programs in each cities►Supporting the pilot project of the first online launch for Abu Dhabi by creating webinars, training Tour Guides and Host for the online roll-out►Community management for local Tour Guides and Hosts (social media groups, interviews and community events)I was laid off due to the Covid-19 crisis.

Expansion Manager

As a General Manager, I was responsible for leading EYES through a professional growth period by setting up and managing the team at the Headquarters and working closely with the Board. This included developing and implementing new strategies, policies and projects in order to grow the network through strategic partnerships, improve the membership journey of our members and make EYES financially independent and sustainable.Milestones:►Developing and implementing Strategy Plan 2018-2021►Moving the organization towards financial sustainability►Improving the membership journey (EYES Database, Intranet, re-branding and communication)►Hiring, training and managing the new team of HQ►Increasing the quality and quantity of the events►Record number of new members recruited in 2018 and 2019►Improving diversity and inclusion within the membership base and developing an inclusive company culture.

General Manager

As an Events and Admissions Manager, my goal was to further develop the network of the society through coordinating the recruitment of new members and implementing projects that strengthen the community and benefit our member professionally and personally.I also worked closely with the event teams to plan, organize and deliver international multi-day flagship events focused on bringing together talented individuals and encouraging entrepreneurial thinking and entrepreneurial actions. Milestones: ►Developing EYES Growth Plan focusing on geographical expansion, diversity and age groups.►Evaluate the recruitment system and membership journey through surveys and interviews, and writing the final report on the new Strategic Plan.►Improving recruitment by implementing new member evaluation system, changing the structure of the Membership Committee and developing the new Interview Guideline and Evaluation Forms.►Creating EYES Information Package for communication and marketing.

International Events and Admissions Manager

My job was to develop EAZA's Fundraising Strategy focusing on establishing relationship with corporations, foundations, potential donors and expanding general network of the association. I also worked on developing alternative fundraising systems, including donation pages, crowdfunding and peer-to-peer funding campaigns.Milestones:►Improving the relationships with the Corporate Members of EAZA while actively reaching out to potential new members►Development of the new 3-tier Corporate Member System►Writing funding applications for national and international grants (Nationale Postcode Loterij, ASN Bank, Visegrad Grant etc.)►Writing EU fund applications (Horizon 2020, LIFE)►Improving the external communication of EAZA (infographics, flyers, animation videos, brochures etc.)
