Chen Fried is a professional with a strong background in IT management and infrastructure services. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Management from IDC Herzliya and later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration in Management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Chen has held various IT management positions throughout his career, including his former roles as IT Manager at Radiancy, IT Team Leader at Astea International, and System Administrator at the Israel Defense Forces. Additionally, Chen has held several management positions at Astea International, including IT and Production Manager and EMEA Technical Services Manager. Currently, he serves as Director of Infrastructure and Cloud Services at IFS, where he is responsible for overseeing the department.
