Michael Bush is a seasoned executive, advisor, and board member with more than 25 years of experience in natural products, healthcare, bioinformatics, and technology-related companies. He has built large, distributed business development, sales, operations, and marketing teams to drive value for shareholders and strategic partners. He has expertise in strategic planning, M&A, compensation plan design, IP management, and team development. Throughout his career, he completed several IP out-licenses, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital acquisitions.

Bush has held various leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer at Prenexus Health, Independent Director at Biomarker Labs, Strategic Advisor at LAVVAN and Nouri Life, Independent Director at Tespo, and Strategic Advisor at Fermented Sciences Brewing- Flying Embers. Bush began his career as an Operations Manager at National Medical Diagnostics.
