Mi Pham is a seasoned Information Technology professional with nearly a decade of experience in various capacities. She has worked as a Developer, QC, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, and Product Owner, with extensive involvement in cross-functional teams and external partnerships. Mi Pham's expertise lies in business analysis, requirement clarification and elicitation, documentation and transferring requirements, and creating and prioritizing product backlogs. She also has vast experience in designing test cases, test execution, and team collaboration. Over the years, Mi Pham has worked for renowned organizations such as FE CREDIT, MobiVi, Misfit Wearables, and ELCA Information Technology, Vietnam. She has studied Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology from Dai hoc Quôc Gia Tp. Hô Chí Minh and 3 at IDECAF. At present, she is the Head of Pega Business Architecture Unit at FE CREDIT.
