Joseph McKinney is a respected and experienced leader in the "Governance-as-a-Service" industry, with a strong background in electoral politics and a commitment to improving governmental services through Special Economic Zones and Distributed Ledger Technologies. He attended Chanhassen Highschool and earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Philosophy with a Minor in History from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Joseph founded the Startup Societies Foundation - a non-profit Zone policy think tank - in 2015, and has since served as CEO of Nuhanse Network, a published author, and CEO at Catawba Digital Economic Zone. He has previously held roles as Co-Author, Publisher, Board Member, Managing Director, Chairman, Independent Contractor, and CEO at various organizations, including the Institute for Competitive Governance, ProudSource.us, David Gerson for Congress, and more.
