Joseph McKinney is a respected and experienced leader in the "Governance-as-a-Service" industry, with a strong background in electoral politics and a commitment to improving governmental services through Special Economic Zones and Distributed Ledger Technologies. He attended Chanhassen Highschool and earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Philosophy with a Minor in History from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Joseph founded the Startup Societies Foundation - a non-profit Zone policy think tank - in 2015, and has since served as CEO of Nuhanse Network, a published author, and CEO at Catawba Digital Economic Zone. He has previously held roles as Co-Author, Publisher, Board Member, Managing Director, Chairman, Independent Contractor, and CEO at various organizations, including the Institute for Competitive Governance, ProudSource.us, David Gerson for Congress, and more. Joseph has spoken at dozens of sold-out conferences and hosted over a hundred speakers under his leadership at SSF.
