Martin Griffiths is a versatile consultant with over three decades of experience in leading transformation programs and advising top-level executives across several industries. With a focus on customer experience-driven digital operating models, he has deep expertise in cloud CRM and ERP platforms and is adept at scaling Agile implementations and governance across the enterprise. He has previously held leadership roles in Big4 companies, SAP, Infosys, and Deloitte Consulting, working on projects in business services, transport, consumer goods, manufacturing, financial services, energy, and utilities. In addition to his industry exposure, Martin is a skilled team manager, mentor, and speaker, and has been the Global Business Architects Community lead at Salesforce. He has a BSc in Economics, a post-graduate diploma in International Commerce, and an MBA in Management. He has also studied leadership skills at the Yale School of Management.
