Peter played a crucial role in orchestrating a successful management buyout of Abel Noser from the co-founders, Stanley Abel and Gene Noser, with private equity partner Estancia Capital Management, leading to significant achievements such as expanding market share in the TCA sector, launching global compliance analytics suite, and acquiring Zeno Consulting Group.
