Ismail Ihsan is a dedicated Engineer with more than a decade of hands-on experience in product lifecycle management and new product introduction.

With a strong background in bridging engineering requirements with final production rollout, Ismail excels in NPI project leadership, cost management, and process planning.

His expertise lies in product validation, testing procedures, test automation, and failure analysis, always aiming for the highest quality outcomes to meet customer expectations.

Ismail obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

He has held key roles at reputable organizations, including being the Lead Test System Architect at Rivian, and previously working at Zoox, Space Exploration Technologies, and Schlumberger in various engineering capacities.

Ismail also has experience as a Teacher Assistant and Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as internships at Jacket Micro Devices and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
