Amy Elias is a Success Functional Lifestyle Educator and Coach with over 35 years of experience in whole education, mindset, mindfulness, meditation, motivation, movement, philosophy, yoga, health, wellbeing, and world wisdom traditions. She has studied with top, world-renowned leaders in these fields, and incorporates that learning into her work as an "Uplifter," helping impact many lives as a mentor and leader. With her alternative education and lifestyle practices, she focuses on stress, depression, and anxiety- all of which have become a pandemic in today's youth.
Amy has a Bachelor of Science in Dual Certification for Special Education and Elementary Education from the State University of New York College at Buffalo, and a Master's Degree in Special Education, Humanistic and Elementary Education from Adelphi University. As a former Yoga Instructor and Yoga Therapist, she has worked at the YMCA, Equinox, the Joyce Center, and provided Yoga Therapeutics at the Advanced Prosthetics and Orthotics Rehabilitation Clinic, as well as being the Chief Creative Officer + Director of Personal and Mindful Development at The Rhythmic Way.
As an Epigenetic Consultant, Mind-Body Medicine Program Director, and New Patient Liaison, she combines her knowledge of Yoga Life Coaching at the Epigenome Solution @ Concierge Wellness. Formerly the owner of Yoga In The Valley, President of Glen Cove at Hadassah, and a Special Education Teacher at Manhasset Public School District, Amy brings a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives to the table.
