Jeff Lemberg is a media-savvy nonprofit leader who has gained topical expertise in communications, program development, management analysis, media education, and civic engagement. With over 20 years of experience, Jeff has previously worked as a professor of communications and media studies and managed communications and editorial operations for non-profit organizations in Washington, DC area and Boston area print and online media companies.

Jeff started his academic journey by studying a Bachelor's degree in Advertising at the University of Bridgeport. He then moved on to study Journalism at Boston University to earn a Master's degree. To bolster his academic expertise and knowledge, he pursued his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Journalism and Public Communications from the University of Maryland College Park where he studied Media Literacy, Multimedia Storytelling, Research Methods, and Organizational Change within Mission-Driven Organizations.

He has also worked as a Professor and Associate Adjunct Professor at Curry College, Associate Professor at Curry College and Lecturer at Philip Merrill College of Journalism. Furthermore, Jeff has worked on various leadership roles such as Director of Communications and Development at Veterans Legal Services and Founder and Executive Director at Boys for the Better. Jeff has published several research papers and presentations on Journalism and Public Communications.
