Ted Miller is a highly experienced lead engineer, architect, senior consultant, and thought leader with 26 years of experience in the technology industry. His impressive career spans across diverse industries, including defense, healthcare, finance, legal, manufacturing, and more, serving clients ranging from small businesses to multinational Fortune 1000 corporations. Prior to joining Synoptek, Ted served as a lead systems engineer, senior implementation engineer, and senior consultant in various prominent companies, such as EarthLink, Structured Technologies Inc., and AVIK Technologies Inc., among others.

Ted is a technical leader and manager with broad and deep expertise in delivering complex solutions efficiently in today's rapidly changing and highly competitive business environment. His big-picture mentality and extensive experience in managed IT services and corporate IT departments make him an expert in the architecting and delivering of solutions that businesses demand nowadays. Ted is highly skilled in technical leadership and management of complex projects, IT assessments, multi-year strategic roadmaps, solution architecture, design, mentorship, and understanding compliance issues. He is also an excellent communicator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to work with executives at all levels.

Ted studied AAS, Computer Repair Technology at Genesee Community College. He is now a Senior Consultant in the Business Infrastructure Solutions Group at Synoptek, where he is responsible for sales-focused engineering and solution architecture. He guides clients as they develop long-term technology strategies, provides hands-on delivery, and leads engineering teams for projects that include domestic and internationally based engineers from the United States, Canada, and India. Additionally, Ted represents the Professional Services team as a Pillar Lead for the Data Protection service development group within Synoptek.
