June Jo Lee is a respected figure in the field of ethnography, co-authoring an award-winning book and working as a resident food ethnographer for Google. She has also co-founded a successful children's book publisher, Readers to Eaters, and previously served as Vice President of Strategic Insights at The Hartman Group. Lee earned a Bachelor's degree in Humanities Honors from The University of Texas at Austin, and went on to obtain dual Master's degrees in East Asian Studies from Harvard University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and Korean Studies from Yonsei University.
