As Director of Certification Business Development at PSI Services LLC, Graham leads the expansion of the certification business in North America. At TrueAbility®, he served as Head of Sales, driving revenue growth and customer acquisition for their technical skills testing platform. Graham's skills in growing businesses were evident as General Manager of Electronic Merchant Systems where he led the business to its best-ever retention rate. As Sales Director for Cogeco Peer 1, he transformed sales strategy to achieve maximum return on investment.
