Nazari's specialties lie in resource management, strategy design and development, and team leadership. He has worked for reputable organizations such as Lucent, BT, and most recently, World Wide Technology, where he served as the Area Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition.

Nazari's accomplishments include spearheading recruiting and resourcing efforts at both WWT and Lucent, where he served as the Director of Worldwide Recruiting Operations for the Worldwide Services Division.
