Kelvin Tse

Kelvin Tse is a Chartered Civil Engineer with a decade of experience in design and construction across the United Kingdom, Australia, and Hong Kong, focusing on civil engineering projects in the infrastructure sector with a specialization in temporary works.

His areas of expertise include Structural Analysis & Design, Temporary Works, Value Engineering, and Design Coordination.

Kelvin obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering from The University of Queensland and also studied at Redeemer Lutheran College.

He has held various significant roles in organizations, including being a Senior Temporary Works Designer at SCS Railways, Skanska, Laing O'Rourke, and AECOM, where he served in different engineering capacities.
