In addition to her artistry, Courtney is the founder of RONIM Group, offering brand strategy, marketing consulting, and consumer insights services to a wide range of clients spanning different industries.

With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston, Courtney has held senior positions in major companies like Gap Inc., FCB New York, Coty Inc., RB, and Procter & Gamble, showcasing her expertise in consumer insights, marketing, and global brand strategy.

Her diverse work experience includes roles such as Senior Director/VP of Research and Ad Planning at a global apparel brand, where she leads in consumer insights, branding, and diversity initiatives.

Courtney also served as the Co-Chair of BLACK@Gap, demonstrating her commitment to equality and inclusion within organizations.
