A graduate of Northern Illinois University, where he studied Operations Management, Information Technology, Business, and Economics, Tim is passionate about technology, with a wide range of experience in programming languages, architecture patterns, and design approaches. In his current role, he serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Fixed Income Technology, driving Neuberger Berman's technological advances forward. Prior to Neuberger, Tim was Head of Development at UBS, where he served in a variety of directorial capacities, including Director, North American Developer Pool, and Director - SDLC CTO Team, shaping the tech landscape at UBS as Lead Architect. He keeps his skillset current with a hands-on leadership approach, writing code daily and staying ahead of emerging technology advancements.
