Scott Gordon is a seasoned recruiting expert and Vice President of Talent Solutions at Vaco, where he currently oversees more than 400 recruiters in various specialties globally. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, he has built a reputation for his innovative and effective recruitment approach, which ensures the right candidates are matched to the right job openings.

Before joining Vaco, Scott was a Division Director at Robert Half International, where he was recognized as one of the company's top 15 individual producers worldwide. He has also held senior roles at Metro Information Services/Keane and JumpStart Foundry, where he served as a Technology Mentor.

Scott holds a B.A. in Psychology from Henderson State University and is actively involved with several community organizations, including the Root 53 Foundation. Despite his love for opera, Scott is also a passionate fan of Rage Against the Machine and has a talent for dropping F-bombs with great finesse.
