Benjamin Reinhardt is a mechanical engineer, entrepreneur, and former technology research fellow at NASA Ames Research Center and Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering and History from California Institute of Technology and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. Reinhardt is passionate about innovation, intensity, and tenacity aimed at intelligence augmentation, giving people superpowers, and spacecraft. He has extensive expertise in AR, VR, and AI and has experience as a Deep Learning Researcher and Computer Vision Engineer at Magic Leap. Reinhardt has also founded Fern and served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Susa Ventures and Entrepreneur First.
