His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in World Economy from Academia de Studii Economice din București and a certification in Life and Executive Coaching from Noble Manhattan Coaching.

Dragos's professional experience includes a diverse range of roles such as Independent Business Consultant, General Manager, Deputy GM, Media Research Coordinator, and Investor. He has worked with various startups and social enterprises as an Advisor, Mentor, and Coach, helping them achieve their strategic goals. He also worked at PSI Romania/Love Plus, where he held various management positions.
