Managed digital projects through research and project concept definition, user experience exploration, design and branding creation, and front-end, back-end and custom CMS development. Also provided training, oversight, and mentoring for Associate Producers.

Produced descriptive and precise SOWs. Intently discussed and explored project scopes with team leaders for accurate scoping. Closely managed budgets up to $1.5M. Kept internal teams organized and confident on projects, while meeting client's needs and overall project deadlines.

Gained experience with OmniPlan, Microsoft Suite, Keynote, Drupal and Wordpress platforms, and JIRA and YouTrack tracking systems.

Producer

Worked alongside other Producer to manage digital projects through all phases with the following brands Neiman Marcus, <a href="http://Vogue.com">Vogue.com</a>, Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, InStyle Magazine, Hearst Corporation, Comcast, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Also closely managed budgets up to $500k.

Managed updates for internally-built company operational tool responsible for capturing timesheets, resourcing, all project’s details, scoping, and reporting tools.

Associate Producer

Moved to NYC, became a sponge of production information and ate Cuban sandwiches for the first time while working with mentors for brands like Neiman Marcus, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, and Comcast. Learned client managed responsibilities and skills.

Created detailed scopes and production schedules for social content calendars. Became a lover of all things digital.

Spent a week observing agency life and duties in different departments. Sparked my curiosity about production and project management and indulged in my love of trolley transportation.

Editorial Intern

Gathered and archived stories of the University of Oregon community through video interviews. Managed production and organization of interview sessions and also created content for website and experiential exhibit.

Co-crafted a proposal and presentation that was selected to present the project and why it should be adopted across other campuses at the National Academic Advising Association regional conference. We were the only student-led presentation at the conference and won the honorable mention award for "Best Presentation" out of 30 presentations.
