Robert Scott is a seasoned operator and legal executive with 20+ years of experience leading business operations in the technology and services sectors. He holds a J.D. in Business Law from Lewis & Clark Law School and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Throughout his career, Scott has developed a well-rounded skill set, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, leading legal and compliance programs, and developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive growth and success for multiple businesses. He has held executive positions such as Chief Operating Officer at GroundSwell SPC and Vice President of Operations & General Counsel at Opal.

In addition, Scott has founded and partnered with companies such as Jibe and co-founded Neurologix. He has also worked as a Managing Attorney at Immix Law Group PC, where he developed a deep understanding of startup clients' funding needs and led profitable acquisitions.
