Justin Peck, MBA, is a Southern California-based Human Resources Business Partner at LoanDepot, America's Mortgage lender. With his extensive background, Peck brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He is a proud husband, father, and US Army veteran who has also served in the US Coast Guard Auxiliary in various positions. Peck is the Vice Division Commander of Division 11 and the Division Chief - Communications for the USCG Auxiliary V-Directorate.

Peck studied Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), Strategic Human Resource Management, at Grand Canyon University and Business Management, Leadership/Management/Human Resources, BA at La Sierra University. Throughout his career, Peck has held numerous roles, including Human Resources Business Partner at Ascentis Human Capital Management Software, Human Resources Generalist at General Micro Systems, and Manager at Fiesta Village Family Fun Park.

Peck has a diverse background, from being a combat medic in the US Army to working in the medical field as a Polysomnographic Technician at American Sleep Centers and a Proton/Radiation Medicine Assistant at Loma Linda University Medical Center. With his passion for human resources and leadership, Peck hopes to share what he has learned in his travels and encourage others on their journey.
