Willow Reed
Willow Reed is a self-motivated individual who has a passion for science communication and discovery. With a Bachelor's degree in Astrophysics and minor in Theatre from University of Colorado Boulder, Reed has worked with multiple organizations such as the Laboratory For Atmospheric and Space Physics as a Program Coordinator, Research Assistant at Montana State University-Bozeman, and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Montana State University-Bozeman, to name a few. Reed's unique ability to communicate scientific jargon in a way that is engaging to the general public has greatly benefited her work in education and outreach - including roles as Education and Outreach Project Assistant at Fiske Planetarium, Guest Investigator at Royal Observatory of Belgium, and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at University of Colorado Boulder. In addition to her scientific interests, Reed worked as a Shift Lead at Sweet Cow Ice Cream and was a Resident Advisor at University of Colorado Boulder.
