Vikram Duggal is a seasoned corporate professional turned investor and startup advisor with over 18 years of experience across various industries. He is currently the Managing Partner of Ekcle Ventures and Ekcle Advisory Services LLP, an India-focused angel network and consultancy that helps entrepreneurs scale up their businesses through strategic interventions, market linkages, investor relations, and fundraising. With a sector-agnostic approach, Ekcle Ventures invests up to $1 million in early and growth-stage startups, while Ekcle Advisory Services helps startups and MSMEs raise funds from $5-50 million.

Vikram is also a jury member of the National Startup Awards, has been associated with reputed organizations like IIM Calcutta Innovation Park, SIIC-IIT Kanpur, Founder Institute, and CII for several years, and has guest lectured in various reputed business schools across India. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma from MICA, Ahmedabad, and a B.Sc. Maths (Hons.) degree from the University of Calcutta.

With expertise in strategy, operations, sales, marketing, alliances, and biz. dev., Vikram has held several leadership positions in reputed brands across India in verticals like retail, media, durables, IT, and banking, including Turtle Limited and Uniken Inc. He is also an investor and mentor at IIM Calcutta Innovation Park, and a former consultant at Unitus Ventures.
