Karen McMillen is a highly skilled and collaborative leader with a passion for social and cultural enterprise. A graduate of the University of Arizona, Karen holds a BA in English, French, and Comparative Religions. She has worked in various organizations, including Shoes That Fit, where she currently serves as the Vice President of Operations. Karen is also a former Director of Operations at the same organization.

Before her time at Shoes That Fit, Karen was Producer/Director/Writer/Project Manager at McMillen Media + Communications, where she honed her project management and communication skills. She was also General Manager/Director of Marketing at Last Name Brewing (formerly Dale Bros Brewery), where she oversaw marketing efforts for the brewery.

Karen has extensive experience in media production, having previously worked as a Producer/Director/Writer/Project Manager at Northern Light Productions and as an Associate Producer at Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. She also served as the Marketing Director at Fanlight Productions and as Producer/Distribution Director at the same organization.
