Raël James is a talented professional with experience in various fields such as diversity programs, public speaking, relationship management, and organizational growth. Raël is a former Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at The Bridgespan Group, a position that allowed her to facilitate diversity programs and board recruiting.

Furthermore, she has also served as the Executive Director of LIFT-DC at LIFT, Inc. and Development Associate at KIPP DC. Raël has spent over fifteen years pursuing her passion for improving communities and advocating for underserved individuals by managing programs, planning events, fundraising, and cultivating relationships.

Rael studied Political Science at Tufts University and earned a Diploma from Sidwell Friends School. A passionate advocate and spokesperson for underserved individuals and groups, Raël is dedicated to improving the world and her community.
