Daniela Carrasco is a highly passionate and motivated individual with a strong determination to achieve results that exceed expectations.

She holds a Dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and Journalism & Media Studies from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.

With a background in Customer Success, Team Leadership, Department Development, and Support, Daniela has gained valuable experience throughout her career.

Her professional journey includes roles such as Director of Accounts at Knock Rentals CRM, Customer Success Manager at Knock Rentals CRM and Flowroute Inc., VP of Customer Success at Filevine, and Admin / Marketing Coordinator at Filevine.

Previously, she served as a Bilingual Regional Development Representative II and Bilingual Event Marketing Representative at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Her early career also includes internships at KTNV The Morning Blend with ABC Television and at the National Association of Broadcasting (NAB) Show with Avid Technology.

Daniela's dedication to education is demonstrated through her experience as a Tutor at Tutoring For Excellence and an ESL Tutor at the Community Multicultural Center.
