Anshuman Saini, an experienced QA manager with 8.4 years in Quality Assurance, Testing & Automation projects, is now leading the QA team at Amway India. With an excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, Anshuman has successfully managed Ecommerce retail (B2B & B2C) domain projects with leading organizations in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Anshuman has hands-on experience in the Hybris functional consulting domain, having worked on Hybris v6.6, v6.5, v6.4, v6.3 and earlier Hybris v5.0+ versions, as a Functional Analyst, Test Lead, QA Manager, and Scrum Master. Anshuman has successfully built and coached QA/Agile teams from scratch and worked with onsite offshore models, matrix environments, customer, vendors and contractors.

Anshuman has provided testing efforts, managing tasks, resources, test deliverables, providing test estimations and metrics, representing the Quality Assurance team in daily scrum calls, providing test team updates, and facilitated team meetings while collaborating with stakeholders regarding project plan, status, testing needs, project risks and clarifications. Anshuman has proficient hands on experience in HMC, Hybris Testing, Web and Mobile Application testing, Agile Functional Testing, API testing, Unit Level Testing, Integration and End-to-End Testing, Cross-platform, manages the end-to-end change & release process, and identifies areas of automation for the application and perform feasibility/suitability analysis.

Anshuman has experience using CI/CD pipelines in gitlab with GitHub, handling Data-driven Architecture, Service Level APIs (REST/SOAP), Test bed setup (Docker/VMs) & Source Control (Git/SVN/TFS). Anshuman has also designed the automation framework, built reusable components, object repository, implemented page objects using Selenium WebDriver, Java, Junit, Cucumber, Maven, Git for the application.
