Hans How
Hans How, a San Francisco native, is a community advocate and entrepreneur passionate about the intersection of housing, finance, and social impact. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University, Hans developed extensive experience in investment and real estate management with Equity Residential and PGIM Real Estate. He later transitioned to impact investing as a senior investment associate with New Island Capital Management LLC. Most recently, Hans co-founded Commissions4All, a real estate platform that empowers underrepresented agents. He also serves on multiple advisory boards, including the San Francisco Housing Stability Fund Oversight Board and the U.S. Refugee Congress. When not working, Hans can be found hiking in the beautiful Bay Area or spending time with his partner.
