Stefan Serdar is an accomplished Recruiter with a strong background in the human resources field.

With expertise in Human Resources, English, Communication, and IT Recruitment, Stefan efficiently sources passive and manages active talents primarily in IT, Digital Marketing, HR, and Sales sectors.

Throughout his career, Stefan has successfully filled over 90 positions, conducted more than 400 interviews, and provided valuable coaching to new team members.

He pursued his education at the University of Belgrade.

Previously, Stefan served as Team Lead Recruitment at Annmis and Nezza, and also worked as a Recruiter at the same organizations.
