Leonardo de Pontes is a seasoned digital product manager and innovation specialist with a passion for games, sports, entertainment, and marketing. He studied Management Engineering and Science & Technology at Universidade Federal do ABC. He also holds a Master's degree in Innovation Management from the same institution and an Executive MBA in Leadership, Innovation & Management 4.0 from PUC-RS. Leonardo honed his skills at Globo, where he worked as a Product Owner, a Tech Business & Innovation Lead, an R&D (Research & Development) in Business specialist, and a Client Ad Solutions specialist. He also worked as a Key Account Manager & Digital Creation and as a trainee in strategy and digital business at Itaú Unibanco. Leonardo interned in the Innovation Projects and Process & Quality Engineering departments of Itaú Unibanco and at the Innovation Agency of UFABC. He also worked for Mercedes-Benz do Brasil as a Technician, and The Walt Disney Company as a Cast Member (ICP).
